America's Response Monument, subtitled De Oppresso Liber, is a life-and-a-half scale bronze statue in Liberty Park overlooking the National September 11 Memorial & Museum in New York City. Unofficially known as the Horse Soldier Statue, it is the first publicly accessible monument dedicated to the United States Special Forces.
The statue is said to be located at 1 World Trade Center where the soldier protectively looks over the new World Trade Center building. However, the statue is actually pretty difficult to find.

Created by Kentucky based artist Douwe Blumberg, the monument is unofficially known as the “Horse Soldier Statue.” Originally commemorated by Vice President Joe Biden and Army Lt. Gen. John Mulholland on Veterans Day in 2011, the statue moved to a temporary location near the base of One World Trade Center in 2014.
